2nd Home & Luxury Resort Specialists

Legacy has partnered with 3rd Home to give your buyers another reason to pick up that vacation home they’ve been eyeing. 3rd Home, also known as ‘millionaire home swap’ on its Paramount+ tv show, gives 2nd home luxury owners the opportunity to travel to more than 14,000 destinations across the world. Research shows that luxury destination buyers get bored visiting the same place over time. 3rd Home provides the solution. Owners can put their homes into a ‘pool’ and earn ‘keys’ to use for stays in other locations. No buying into a club, no dues, no set regulations, just a minimal exchange fee for booking the property. Owners can determine when and for how long their home goes into the ‘pool’. The program does not prevent separate rental agreements for return on investment.

Participating agents earn keys too, just for bringing new inventory to 3rd Home! If you have a current client who might qualify with an existing home, reach out and let us know. We are currently working on a pilot program vetting agents in Hawaii, Utah, and Colorado. 3rd Home will also work closely with Legacy on inventory from new developer projects. Agents working these projects will be trained and given full marketing materials for signing up clients.
