Oglah is the Operating Principal/Owner of Keller Williams Legacy Realty in Orlando. She started as a Realtor® in 2016, then became a Team Leader overseeing two brokerages before purchasing the franchise in 2019. Oglah has more than 20 years of experience in start-up, turn-around, and mature business growth in Africa, Europe, and the U.S. She has a talent for rallying teams around a vision, encouraging stretch-thinking, and creating a sense of intense focus that leads to breakthrough business results.

Oglah is a passionate philanthropist, championing women and children’s causes in different parts of the world. She is a blessed wife and proud mother of four children.

PAULINE DENT

Mid-Atlantic - Territory Leader & Trainer

Based in Virginia, Pauline is one of KW’s top producers and Territory Leader for Ohio, West Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. With more than 30 years of experience in New Home sales, she is an invaluable resource for new agents in training. Pauline leads a team of more than 850 agents currently working with regional builders on multiple projects.

Pauline is busy away from work with seven grandchildren and counting. When she is not hosting sleepovers, fishing trips, or cheering at sporting events, she can be found volunteering for her church or hiking with her dog, Rascal.

BOB COLLINS

Senior Legacy Coach & Trainer

Bob spent 15 years as a trader on Wallstreet and was a regular guest and contributor on CNBC. Part of a U.S. delegation designed to expand international trading on the Pacific Stock Exchange, Bob worked in Japan and South Korea and was awarded a ‘key to the city’ in Osaka for his efforts. After 911, Bob pivoted his career to real estate and became a top sales producer and later trainer for builders and developers across the country. His guidance has helped projects generate hundreds of millions of dollars in sales revenue.

Bob is passionate about helping agents get comfortable in the world of New Home sales. He is available for one-on-one coaching to help you continue your growth out in the field. Bob is an avid golfer and fly fisherman. He and his wife and three children love spending time outdoors.
