« Return to Virtual CommunityOcean Breeze OBX
Outer Banks, North Carolina
Began with a local KW agent who discovered an available parcel of land across from the beach. She reached out to her local Ambassador for help creating a proposal for an area builder – 38 lock-and-leave townhomes from the $500s. The New Homes team created a critical path, strategy for pre-sales, preliminary marketing materials, a teaser website and campaigns with a total budget cost of just $20,000.
Results: $22 million in revenue (less than $1,000 spent to move each unit) and a database of 14,000+ prospects to carry over to the next development. The project is sold out and construction on the remaining townhomes will be complete this April – just in time for rental season.
Pearlbrook a Castlerock Community
Texas City (between Galveston & Houston)
This popular new home community was down to its final 12 single-family homes for sale. The builder needed to move its sales team to a new project and reached out to Legacy International. With Ambassador help, New Homes quickly found a local Keller Williams team to run the ‘closeout’.
Results: The Tidwell Team worked onsite, utilized existing marketing materials, and ran campaigns promoting the remaining homes from the mid $200s. The project will be officially sold out at the end of this month.
