The BDRC is a deep dive into the builder world and will help you better understand the builder priorities, on-site sales techniques, and handling new home sales from the perspective of the builder and being the onsite sales expert. In addition, you will develop the skills necessary to partner with builders and developers to represent their product with confidence and competence, which is paramount to elevating builder relationships and gaining New Homes listings to create a new revenue source in your business planning and add income to your bottom line.

Refund policy: The fee for this in-person training course is $800 (plus applicable tax) per agent, payable upon registration.
You may cancel your registration, for any reason, 7-days prior to the start of the September 29th, 2022 session for a full refund.
In the event, you cancel within 7-days of the course start day, or you fail to show up for the event, you will forfeit your registration fee.
